Since London can be so temperamental with the weather and heat we want you to all be prepared for if and when it decides to hit us. There are lots of opportunities to go to indoor pools but say the sun hits and you want to enjoy the sun as if we’re in spain then London has a few outdoor pools to help us enjoy the best bits of summer.  Take a trip down to any of these London outdoor pools, and lidos. Most of them offer more than just a spot to splash about though, with safes, and other exercise facilities, you can go with friends or family and make a day of it! Hampton Pool is a great place to start with outdoor pools as it isn’t as well known as some of the others on this list, but that’s perfect for you to use their pools in peace. How to Meditate at Home!

Meditation is something that is great for the mind, body, and soul. It can help you focus, relax, get through any uncertain emotions, and uncertain times. It’s always a good stop gap to pause and calm the mind in trying times. Not everyone knows how to meditate though, it can feel confusing, and hard to not be able to completely lose yourself in your mind and relax. Here’s the thing though, it’s not really going to be like that for most people. The mind wanders, and that;s okay. We’re going to go through some tips and tricks on how to meditate that don’t put too much pressure on you to get it ‘right’. We hope they can help you as they have definitely helped us.  Firstly you want to pick a good time, and a good place to do it. Sometimes it’s not easy to keep on top of everything you’ve got going on in life, whether it be work, studying, a social life and more you can’t always seem to squeeze in that time to get to the gym and keep it up consistently. However even if you feel like you make time for the gym, the costs just keep rising even paying monthly the cost to go to a packed sweaty gym is just not that appealing even if you did decide you wanted to spend an hour there. Basically what I’m getting to is that fact that exercising at home is a great solution. You may think that you may not have the equipment or space, but some of the things I’ll be talking about is ways to get around this and hopefully stay motivated to work out, and not spend a single penny.
