When you move out of your family home, it’s not likely you’ll be buying a house or flat immediately. If you are one of those people, congrats, but stop bragging now okay. But for the people that are moving into a rented place, no matter the size, decorating can be a bit difficult. There tends to be a lot of rules and restrictions to decorating.
