New Providence Wharf !

New Providence Wharf !

The New Providence Wharf is a residential development in London's Docklands, at the north end of the Blackwall Tunnel. It was designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and is being developed by Ballymore, a property development company.

It consists of a crescent-shaped block along Fairmont Avenue and Yabsley Street, plus two skyscrapers. The Ontario Tower has already been built but the taller Quebec Tower is apparently on hold. Residents can use some of the facilities of the adjacent Radisson Edwardian hotel.

New Providence Wharf is a mixed-use development providing residential, hotel and leisure uses. In line with the increasing demand for facilities to serve Canary Wharf workers, the project will enliven and regenerate the area. Providence Tower embodies everything about creating environments in which residents can enjoy an exceptionally high standard of living.

The City Rooms have many properties to rent in New Providence Wharf, providing our customers the latest facilities in their accommodation.
Well located and surrounded by water front view and around renowned restaurant and bars. Little more than 5 minutes away is the London City Airport. Galleons Reach Retail Park is in close proximity along with shopping at Canary Wharf.
