This doesn't mean you should increase your spending just to enjoy them, but it does mean savings when you do go shopping. NUS Extra cards cost £12 for the whole year, but it opens the gates to online discounts and in store with over 160 retailers.  Now it also includes 10% off Co-Op groceries at over 3,600 participating stores, so if you usually shop there it's a winner.  Other discounts vary, but are generally about 10-20% (some are as high as 50%), and include Asos, McDonalds, Odeon, Amazon, 16-25 Railcard, Superdrug and many more. Easter weekend is upon us and what does it mean? Four days off, with loads of events happening in London! You'll be able to eat chocolate buns (and there's no need to feel guilty) and attend to many activities which will take place in the city! Have a look at this as your guide to the perfect mini break in London! Feast of St George in Trafalgar Square. St George's Day will be celebrated again this year in Trafalgar Square , on Monday 21 April from noon to 6pm. St George is the patron saint of England, and his name is commonly associated with the legend of the dragon. The event is organised by the Mayor of London, inspired by St George's Day's 13th century origins as a national day of feasting. The day follow a traditional English feasting, with live music and entertainers. There'll be a farmer's market with lot of stalls selling homemade food such a cakes, pies and freshly lemonade. The new City Rooms has been born from December 2013! After having gone through some different structures, the company has changed to a new improved one. The goal is being involved with all the tenants’ issues, increase our responsibilities and awareness. We want to build long term relations with the clients, and provide them a higher value on a consistent, ongoing basis. What does Tenancy Managers means? The Tenancy Managers provide assistance to thousands of tenants who have rented their properties through our estate agency office. We want to make sure that each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish and that excellent customer service is delivered. RIO DE JANEIRO CARNIVAL 2014 The Rio Carnival 2014 is quickly approaching! It will take place this year from February 28 to March 4. With four days of street parties, music and dancing all over Brazil . This festival, which dates back to 1823, is the biggest in the world. One of the most important events in the carnival is the Samba Parade. The Rio Samba parade is very different from all other street parades held at other places in the world. San Valentine's Day is celebrated on February 14th each year in many countries around the world, although it remains a working day in most of them. After the New Year day, it's the most celebrated holiday around the world.  In 18th-century England, it evolved into an occasion in which lovers  expressed their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery , and sending greeting cards  (known as " valentines "). Super Bowl is the Sunday on which the Super Bowl is played, normally in early February. Thousands of people gather to watch the game and the meeting is really well know due to the large amount of food that is consumed by attendees.  At the beginning, the Super Bowl was celebrated only in the United States, but every year new countries join the celebration of the game. The Super Bowl has frequently been the most watched American television broadcast yearly.  As a result, many high profile television commercials are broadcast during the game, often coming by major brands ( Budweiser, Mercedes, Audi... ), but also smaller brands seeking the exposure that can be obtained through the advertising in the match.  Super Bowl advertisements have also become a cultural phenomenon of their own; many viewers only watch the game to see the commercials, while national surveys  judge which advertisement carried the best viewer response.
