Best Outdoor Gyms in London!

Image
Now whether you truly enjoy working out or not, i’m going to go with the majority and say probably not. It is still good for you to get your half hour of exercise daily. That being said though not everyone wants to pay out for an expensive gym membership to be in a hot sweaty space with lots of people who seem to know exactly what they’re doing whilst you may not have a clue. That’s okay though, we’ve got a couple options to help you out. Now whilst we're in July we may be enjoying some hot weather depending on how England wants to act. Now across London in some of the best parks they;’ve put out some really good quality outdoor gyms. They’re dotted across London and completely free to use. So you can enjoy the weather and get your half hour in without having to be around any sweaty people, other than yourself.  Starting with Roundwood Park, there is a great outdoor gym to enjoy. With all the outdoor equipment there are also multi-use game areas too for you to use. Not on...

Home Exercises

Sometimes it’s not easy to keep on top of everything you’ve got going on in life, whether it be work, studying, a social life and more you can’t always seem to squeeze in that time to get to the gym and keep it up consistently. However even if you feel like you make time for the gym, the costs just keep rising even paying monthly the cost to go to a packed sweaty gym is just not that appealing even if you did decide you wanted to spend an hour there. Basically what I’m getting to is that fact that exercising at home is a great solution. You may think that you may not have the equipment or space, but some of the things I’ll be talking about is ways to get around this and hopefully stay motivated to work out, and not spend a single penny. Firstly, getting into a daily workout routine, that you can do morning, or night, or whenever you feel like. Have a look at what areas you want to target and build up a short plan you can cycle through quickly. Here’s a routine that will tackle a b...

Outdoor Pools in London to Help Combat the Heat.

Image
Since London is getting cooked alive by the sun and us Londoners just don’t know how to deal with that, why not go for a quick dip?  Take a trip down to any of these London outdoor pools, and lidos. As we are really getting into the heat of summer now, you can really enjoy the sun but still relax, as it’s not always easy to just lay out in it for 6 hours a day. Most of them offer more than just a spot to splash about though, with safes, an d other exercise facilities, you can go with friends or family and make a day of it! Brockwell Lido has a huge Olympic sized pool, and not only that has a gym, hydrotherapy zone and an indoor cycling studio! What more could you ask for? Well if you're about to say food, then they have you covered already. With their Art Deco Grade II-listed Lido Cafe, they serve all day long whether you want a light snack or a candlelit dinner. Now if you’re still asking for more we may call you greedy but Brockwell goes the whole nine yards with summer s...
